Looking back into the past, tradition reveals the fragrances of this land through its herbs and spices: sage, rosemary, basil, fennel, thyme and mint can be found in all our dishes.

Our goat and sheep farm gives life to the production of soft herb cheeses, different types of caciotta and ricotta with all the typical milk flavours.

From the pigs on our farm come the ancient flavours of local cold meats, salami, sausages and in particular ham (prosciutto).

And then there are our wines, full of character like the earth from which they are born: a red wine, Terrano, full-bodied and intense, with a slightly tart flavour and fruity overtones and a white wine, Vitovska which combines the delicate aftertaste of almonds with the scent of the Karst nature.
